Black Bean Dip

This recipe never fails to disappear at parties. The taste far surpasses the difficulty.




1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can of Rotel, drained
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded


Preheat oven to 350°. Layer cream cheese, beans, Rotel and cheese. Bake for 15 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.


Birthday Cake-Triple Lemon

My son wanted lemon cake for his birthday, so I kicked it up a notch. Since I am not a skilled cake decorator, I like to use things that decorate for me. This is lemon cake mix with lemon icing covered in Lemonheads candy.
