This recipe never fails to disappear at parties. The taste far surpasses the difficulty.
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can of Rotel, drained
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°. Layer cream cheese, beans, Rotel and cheese. Bake for 15 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
